Why do I have to submit a photo? 

Our art print styles are the base design. We provide a personalised art print that uses the photo you send us to digitally hand-draw every order. 

How do I review my order? 

To review your order you need to register an account with us. If you chose not to register when you purchased, not a problem! Simply register an account with the email address that you used to purchase and your order will be linked to your account. Simply log in to your account, click My Orders and you'll see your order there ready to review.

How many people can be in my photo?

The number of people that can be in the photo varies depending on the style you pick. To find out the maximum number of people in a photo please visit the specific theme page.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Once you have placed your order, your request will be sent to our team of artists. A digital version of the artwork will be ready for your approval within 4 working days. Once you have approved the digital version, you can expect to receive the canvas within 5 working days. In total, you can expect to receive your order within 9 working days. 

How long do I have to approve my artwork?

When your artwork is ready to be reviewed, we'll send you an email letting you know. If we don't hear back from you, we'll send you a reminder a couple of days later. We'll then give you another 3 days to review your order, after which point we'll go ahead and send your artwork to print if we still haven't heard from you. If at any point within the 5 day period you do approve your order, it'll be sent straight to print. 

How much does shipping cost?

Currently we ship only via Royal Mail 48 Hour, which is included in the cost of the product. No additional charges!

My order hasn’t arrived!

If your order has not arrived 5 working days after approving the artwork, please contact [email protected] with your name, order number and delivery address so that we can look into what has happened for you.

Will you warn me if my photo is not good quality?

Yes. When you add your image we will warn you if the quality is low and may affect the result. You can choose to proceed at this point and will receive feedback from our artists if they require a better quality photo.

What if I don't like my artwork

3 artwork revisions are included with every order. Please leave a comment when rejecting your artwork, or get in touch with our customer service team to discuss next steps.

Can I get my order shipped to a friend?

Of course! You can specify a different shipping address whilst ordering. If you need help doing this please contact us on 01626 322 089 and we’ll be happy to help!
